About the Artist

Hi, I'm Megan.

I've been a Ponte Vedra Beach local for the last 14 years and I can't imagine living anywhere else. It's a beautiful place to live and an even better place to create.

I grew up in Jefferson City, Missouri in a big family — one of seven kids. With that many people around, you learn pretty quickly how to carve out your own little world, and for me, that world was always making things. Whether it was crafting, creating, or just figuring out a new skill, my hands were never still. That curiosity has followed me everywhere.

I went to the University of Arkansas where I studied interior design and fell in love with how much a space can affect the way you feel in it. That's also where I met my husband, so Arkansas will always have a special place in my heart. We moved to Jacksonville in 2012 where we've built our life together and are now raising two boys of our own.

The interior design background definitely shapes how I think about my art. I'm not just making something to hang on a wall — I'm thinking about the whole space and how the piece fits into it.I want every piece to feel intentional, to add something visually memorable to the room it calls home.

I never stop trying new things. New materials, new techniques, new ways to build up texture and dimension. Right now I'm taking it one day at a time and creating when inspiration hits.

As for where I see this going — working directly with someone to create custom pieces is really the whole package for me. There's something so special about hearing someone's vision for their space and building it from scratch to bring it all life. .

Please feel free to reach out anytime — I'd love to create something just for you.
